Hand-made album inscribed to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg by members of the American Inns of Court, c.30 pp, 230 x 126 mm, brad-bound and hinged printed enameled wood boards, twig and button affixed to front cover, 2006, some wear to hinge, twig broken.
Hand-made album presented to Ginsburg by the AIC, and inscribed by more than 40 members, mostly state or circuit court trustees, judges and administrators. The American Inns of Court is a professional organization for lawyers, judges and other members of the legal trade. The signers include Mary Schroeder (first female chief judge of the Ninth Circuit), Ron Moon (Chief Justice, HI Supreme Court, who in 1993 sided with Associate Justice Steven Levinson confirming the pioneering opinion that Hawaii's ban on same-sex marriage violated the state Constitution), Deanell Reece Tacha (then president of the AIC), Bob Walsh (vice president), , Harry Lemmon (New Orleans), Ann Taylor Schwing, Patricia C. Coffey (trustee, NH Superior Court), Trevor M.
